Founded by film director and producer Em\u012bls, Neonorma was born out of personal understanding of the challenges young filmmakers face when starting their careers. After earning his degree in film directing, Em\u012bls set out to build opportunities not just for himself, but also for other emerging artists ready to take their next steps. With focus on forging new creative connections, he brings together young talent with professionals across a variety of disciplines. As a result, Neonorma\u2019s work extends beyond film into a wide range of artistic mediums. In addition to leading Neonorma, Em\u012bls is also a festival producer for 2ANNAS International Short Film Festival and the head of BalticShorts.com, a streaming platform showcasing short films from the Baltic region.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t
